Gittens left Manchester City's academy for Dortmund in 2020 — just as Jadon Sancho did three years prior — for a reported €90,000 and is now impressing for their first-team. The youngster, whose contract runs until 2028, has scored four goals and bagged two assists in 10 matches in all competitions this season.
Transfer speculation aside, Salah's Liverpool take on RB Leipzig in the Champions League on Wednesday and Gittens' Dortmund travel to Real Madrid on Tuesday in a repeat of last season's final.
