Barcelona are enjoying a phenomenal 2022-23 league season and have a brilliant record in front of their home crowd. They have only lost one out of their last 18 league matches at home. However, Xavi's team are heading into this home fixture on the back of a Copa Del Roy semi-final exit at the hands of arch-rivals Real Madrid, and will be motivated to get back on track quickly.

Xavi will not be able to call upon the injured Ousmane Dembele, Pedri, Andreas Christensen and Frenkie de Jong for the clash against Girona.
